the roosevelt house
The original farmer’s quarters here at Earth Sky Time have now been transformed into a comfortable 5 bedroom, 5 bath home shaded by tall trees and surrounded by our organic vegetable fields. We are happy to provide onsite catering and we welcome guests to be involved in any aspects of the farm, including our art facilities.
levity mountain
In 2018 the Levis family purchased the 200 acre Tannerbrook Farm, just south of Earth Sky Time. We are thrilled to incorporate the land into our farming operation, and we have restored the 1760 farmhouse and outbuildings to create a one of a kind celebration and retreat property. We’ve renamed it Levity Mountain as a reflection of our joy and all the good times to come on this amazing land!
the wilburton inn
Our family has owned and operated the Wilburton Inn since 1987, and Earth Sky Time has been taking it over once a week all summer since 2010 for our vegetarian farm night dinners and live music! We provide the inn’s bread and produce, and we are always thrilled to welcome inn guests to the farm.
the bread bus
We built the Bread Bus in 2015 and took our family and crew on a month long adventure. We traveled to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Nashville, New Orleans, Miami and cities and towns all along the way. Now the bus lives here on the farm and we still make pizza in its wood-fired belly for all of our summer concerts.
