Earth Sky Time Bread
We built our Llopis oven in 2011, and its been a non-stop journey of exploration, rockin' the naturally leavened wood-fired carbs ever since! During the winter months we bake Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays. In the summer we bake 6 days/week. Find our bread here on the farm, at one of our farmers markets, or at any of these fine local shops.
