 FAQ:

Tickets:
Tickets are available at the door on the day of each concert.

  • General admission: $20.

  • Student and farmer discount admission: $15

  • Season Pass: $150 — grants entrance to all 11 shows of the season.

  • Kids (12 and under) are always free

What does the Season Pass cover?
Skip the ticket line and buy a Season Pass! A one time $150 pass purchase gets you admission to all 11 scheduled Sunday concerts, which equals about 40 hours of live music (about $3.50/hour!!). It does not include food or drinks.

Is food available? Absolutely! Delicious, reasonably priced farm-to-table food is available on-site from 5:00 on. The Earth Sky Time farm store is also open until 7PM on concert days for coffee, pastries, and picnic provisions.

Is alcohol served? Can I bring my own?
Wine and beer are available for purchase. Outside alcohol is not allowed.

Are there seating options?
You are welcome to bring blankets or lawn chairs to outdoor shows. We also have chairs, you’re welcome to use. Please no lawn chairs inside the barn at indoor shows due to space constraints in the barn.

Where should I park?

Please drive up the driveway and follow the parking signs. You are welcome to drop off your party at the farm store, but please do not park there unless you need handicap accommodations. Also, please do not block the emergency access routes or park along the driveway or route 7a.

Are children welcome?
Yes, very much so! Children 12 and under are always admitted free. We aim to throw super fun intergenerational parties and we always have lots of kid friendly activities happening (like soccer and basketball) as well as kid friendly food and drink options.

What if it rains?
All shows go on rain or shine. In the event of rain we generally move the performances into the barn. This decision is made on a case by case basis. We will update the facebook and instagram event posts to keep folks informed as those decisions are made. Because everyone is closer to the musicians (and each other) at indoor shows, they are inherently more intimate and intense. Some of the very best concerts we’ve ever had have been inside the barn, so please don’t let a rainy forecast keep you from coming.

Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved leashed dogs are allowed (but must be kept away from the food service areas)

Is the venue accessible?
We strive to make the farm accessible to all. The upper parking lot is available for drop-off and handicap parking only. If you need assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please contact us with any questions.

Can I volunteer in exchange for admission and food?
We’re happy to offer work trade opportunities. Contact us ahead of time for availability and more information.

Can I purchase advance tickets?

Nope. But, as long as you come on time, you’ll get in.

Do the events sell out?

It is unlikely, but possible …so just come on time. Also the opening bands are all awesome, so come show them some love.

Can I camp out?

Camping is by permission only, so plese reach out first.

Are there bathrooms?

We have several portable toilets outside, but if folks prefer, they are also welcome to use the public restroom in the bakery (or to find a private spot in the woods)
