We welcome you to become part of the Earth Sky Time Community Farm! Our CSA program facilitates a beautiful and sincere partnership between you, your food, the people who grow it and the land where it’s grown.

Prepaying for our organic produce provides the capital we need up front when our seeds and supplies must be purchased. You support the local food movement, inspire our hard work, and enjoy the harvest all season long.

We start seeds early in our wood heated greenhouses, do succession plantings to keep the crops coming, and use high-tunnel hoop-houses to extend the season. You can count on a wide variety of produce always grown with love and never with chemicals. Here’s how membership works:

The stand will be open six days per week and the produce will be available in glass door display coolers. We are no longer setting any kind of weekly point allocation. Your CSA investment is a credit which you can utilize at your convenience to purchase any of our produce, breads, or prepared food. Shares can be purchased (and replenished) in increments of either $100 or $300. The $100 share gets you $110 of EST credit and the $300 share gets you $350 (a better deal). All shareholders are entitled to free pick your own flowers and herbs. Share dollars can also be used at any of our farmers markets and any unused balance can be rolled over. We are also a pick up location for raw jersey milk and other great local products.

Our farm is small by any measure, but our productivity is high, relying on our community of friends, interns and volunteers. We are proud to work with local schools, getting young people into the garden. We feed others and help others learn to feed themselves. We enjoy the honest work, appreciate the good food and strive to live gently on the earth. Thank you for your interest. We look forward to meeting you soon.

In peace,
Oliver, Bonnie, Gavriel, Talula, Eden
and the Earth Sky Time/Levis family
